The name, email address, phone number and details you type into an enquiry, registration, mortgage, Golden Visa or property-finder form, including budget, preferred language and your answers to the property-finder questions. We also record which page you sent it from, so the Investment Advisor replying knows which project you were looking at, and any campaign tracking parameters present in the link you arrived through.
• Where it goes. Straight into our own marketing and customer records system, where it is assigned to an Investment Advisor to respond to. Nothing is sold to third parties.
• Your IP address is used only to rate-limit form submissions and stop automated abuse. It is not stored alongside your enquiry.
• Cookies and measurement on this site. We use Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) to understand which pages and projects people look at, and Hotjar to see how pages are actually used: where visitors click, scroll and get stuck. Hotjar records sessions as anonymised playbacks: it masks text you type, and we use it to fix usability problems, not to identify you. Neither runs until you accept cookies; decline and both stay off.
• Our own page counts. Separately from the above, and regardless of your cookie choice, we count views of each project, community and developer page so we know what our buyers are interested in. That count records the page, a random per-visit identifier that is discarded when you close the tab, your device type and the country your connection resolves to. It contains no name, email, IP address or anything else that identifies you.
• Your choices. You can decline analytics cookies when asked, and clear the choice at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser.
