What Town Square is like
Launched in 2015 and now home to more than 85,000 residents, Town Square was designed around its park rather than adding one later: the Central Park, sixteen themed gardens and the sports courts are the reason the community exists. Apartments and townhouses at price points that consistently deliver more space and more amenity than comparable communities.
Getting in and out
Al Qudra Road, with Emirates Road close by. Downtown is roughly half an hour outside peak. Firmly car-dependent and towards the city's outer edge.

Families buying their first house rather than their first apartment, and investors targeting long-tenure family tenants who stay for years rather than months.
What we would flag
The commute is the honest trade and it will not shorten. With a population this size and continued launches, competing supply at handover is a real consideration. Check how many units complete in your window, and compare the specific building against completed neighbours rather than against the masterplan.
