Windsor House II Building A
Developer confirmed on enquiry

Built around the airport and the Expo 2020 legacy, with residential districts growing from nascent into genuine neighbourhoods as phases complete. The investment argument rests on one fact above all: Al Maktoum is being expanded towards a capacity several times that of Dubai International, and the economic gravity that would create has not arrived yet.
Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and Emirates Road, adjoining Expo City. Closer to Abu Dhabi than to Deira, and a long way from Downtown or the beaches.
Investors with a genuinely long horizon who are buying the airport thesis, and buyers whose work is in the southern corridor, at Expo City or around Al Maktoum.
This is the clearest example on the site of buying a future rather than a present. The airport expansion is a multi-year programme and the rental market today is thin, so underwrite conservatively on current rents rather than projected ones, and be honest with yourself about the holding period.
